By booking work or requesting a quote from SPEC Property Maintenance & Repairs ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
What we do
We provide property maintenance and handyman services across South West London — painting, carpentry, gardening, plastering, kitchens, plumbing, decking, drains, and general repairs. We do not do gas work or electrical certifications.
Quotes
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. If extra work is needed during a job, we'll discuss it with you and agree costs before going ahead. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
Bookings & cancellations
We confirm bookings by email or through our booking system. If we need to reschedule, we'll give you as much notice as possible. You can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a charge. If materials were already purchased for your job, those costs may not be refundable.
Our work
We work to a professional standard and clean up after every job. If you're not happy with anything, let us know within 7 days and we'll put it right. We carry public liability insurance covering accidental damage during our work.
Your responsibilities
Please provide clear access to the work area, let us know about any hazards or structural issues, and keep pets and children away from the work area.
