The roof was cleaned, prepared and inspected before application of a specialist waterproof coating system to seal the surface and extend its lifespan. Mould Treatment & Full Room Redecoration
Remedial works carried out to address significant mould growth and moisture damage within the room. Affected materials were removed where necessary, contaminated surfaces were treated with appropriate anti-mould solutions, and the area was thoroughly prepared to prevent recurrence. SPEC Property Maintenance & Repairs is an owner-run handyman and property maintenance business based in Tooting, South West London (SW17), taking on work across London and Greater London for homeowners, landlords and letting agents.
The owner, Przemysław, carries out most of the work himself and sometimes brings in trusted specialists for larger or specialist jobs. Either way, you deal directly with him from quote to completion.
SPEC offers 10 services — gardening, painting and decorating, carpentry, decking, kitchen fitting, plastering, paving and tiling, basic plumbing, drains and roofing repairs, and general maintenance. It does not do gas work or electrical certification. SPEC carries public liability insurance.
