What we collect
When you request a quote or book work, we collect your name, email, phone number, address, and details of the work needed. You may also upload photos to help us understand the job.
Why
To contact you about your enquiry, arrange and carry out the work, and send booking confirmations and reminders. We don't send marketing emails. We never sell or share your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and booking information only as long as needed to complete the work and handle any follow-up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Email preferences
We send appointment reminders and follow-ups by email. You can opt out of any of these via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Third parties
We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you visit the site. We don't use any other third-party tracking or analytics.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Your data is stored on a secure server in Germany (EU). Only the business owner has access.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what data we hold, correct it, or delete it. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
