Following flood damage, the existing timber floor structure had significantly deteriorated and required full intervention. All compromised flooring was removed, the underlying joists were inspected, and damaged sections were replaced and reinforced to restore structural integrity. After rebuilding the subfloor, new flooring was installed and the room was fully redecorated. The space was returned to a solid, safe and finished condition, with a clean, modern appearance throughout.
